a Stake LP Tokens panel opens with two sets of toggles. the top toggle is Stake or Unstake (leave it on Stake). the toggle below that is Stake LP or Add LP & stake. pick the second toggle based on what's in your wallet:
two deposit cards stack inside the modal: SOL on top, $FARM below. each card shows the input amount, a token chip on the right, your wallet balance, and a green MAX button. type an amount or tap MAX on either side. the spot price and an estimated price impact appear just below the cards. keep the price impact in mind on bigger deposits.
click the green Deposit LP & stake button at the bottom of the modal and approve in your wallet. one signature if you're staking existing LP. two if you're adding liquidity first (one to add LP, one to stake it).
head to the Your Positions page for a single view of everything. the Total Portfolio Value card up top sums your LP and farm stakes in USD. below it, the Farm Stakes table lists each farm with its staked amount, effective APR, lock period, and claimable SOL, plus Claim and Unstake all buttons on each row. a green Claim All button in the section header batches every claim into one transaction. four summary cards at the bottom track total fees earned, total volume swapped, active positions, and farm rewards still claimable. claim or unstake whenever you want, no lock, no penalty.
APR is a live estimate, not a fixed rate. it moves with TVL (more LP staked means a smaller share for you) and with the rate of incoming fees. expect swings on a fresh farm until things settle.
